主要職責Main Responsibilities :
In charge of defining the team organization to ensure the deliverables expected by car projects for EE Mechatronic parts.
設置團隊的組織結構,確保能夠按照造車項目要求提交EE機電零件相關的交付物。
In charge of teaching and coaching the engineers for APQP (supplier schedule management, supplier product and process quality management, engineering change request management).
負責教授和指導工程師APQP(供應商計劃管理、供應商產(chǎn)品和工藝過程質(zhì)量管理、工程變更需求管理)知識;
In charge of defining a dashboard to follow up all the development of the team and the hard points.
負責制定適當跟蹤表來跟蹤團隊發(fā)展和困難點解決進度;
In charge of managing technical meetings for the Mechatronic parts.
負責管理機電零件的技術會議;
In charge of defining the training plan for all the engineers of the team.
負責制定針對所有團隊工程師的培訓計劃。
招聘職位要求:
Bachelor degree (Master preferred) in Electricity and Electronics.
電子電器學士學位(碩士優(yōu)先);
Very good English speaking and writing with practice (CET-6).
優(yōu)秀的英語說寫等實踐應用能力(CET-6);
Very good knowledge of APQP with regular practice.
熟悉且經(jīng)常應用APQP;
Experienced in OEM suppliers or other OEM , especially in mechatronics field.
有開發(fā)OEM供應商或其他OEM(特別是機電領域)的經(jīng)驗;
At least six years experience in mechatronics.
至少在機電領域有六年的工作經(jīng)驗;
At least two years of team management experience.
至少有兩年的管理經(jīng)驗;
